FAQ

  • The biggest difference between memberships isn’t talent level — it’s how much support, feedback, and accountability you want month-to-month. We always recommend choosing the tier that works best for your athlete, your schedule, and your family.

Every tier includes high-quality coaching, clear direction, and access to our system. Higher tiers simply offer more frequent touchpoints, faster turnaround, and deeper involvement in your athlete’s development.

There is no “right” tier for a certain age or level — beginners through pros train in every tier. It really comes down to what feels sustainable, supportive, and aligned with your goals.

If you’re unsure, feel free to email us with your athlete’s age, experience, and needs. We’re happy to help you make the best choice without pushing you toward anything.
