Last Updated: November 2025Welcome to BAD Hitters Club™ (“BHC,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BAD Hitters Club™ and all related services, digital content, video feedback, coaching, live sessions, online programs, and membership offerings.
BAD Hitters Club™ is operated under Jazmyn Jackson LLC and functions as the long-term development arm of the A2B Method™. All A2B Method™ policies, safety standards, waivers, and agreements apply fully to BAD Hitters Club™.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Parent/Guardian Requirements
BAD Hitters Club™ primarily works with minors. Accordingly:
A parent or legal guardian must create the account, complete intake, and handle all communication.
Parent must be CC’d on every email involving the athlete.
Athletes may not communicate independently unless a parent is included.
Parent/guardian accepts all liability and agrees to all policies, waivers, and disclaimers.
We may suspend access if accurate guardian information is not provided.
2. Membership Requirements
BAD Hitters Club™ requires:
Completion of an A2B Method™ Swing Assessment
Agreement to all A2B Method™ legal documents
A 3-month minimum commitment for all membership tiers
Parent-primary communication
Digital locker access
On-time monthly submissions for continued development
Membership tiers:
General Admission — $150/month
Field Level — $250/month
Field Access — $350/month
Pricing may adjust during promotional periods.
3. Auto-Renewal & Billing
All memberships auto-renew monthly through Stripe unless cancelled.
Cancellation:
Must email theA2Bmethod@gmail.com
Must be submitted at least 48 hours before renewal
Processed payments are non-refundable
No exceptions for:
forgetting to cancel
changed circumstances
scheduling conflicts
low usage
lack of time
4. 3-Month Minimum
All memberships require a three-month minimum commitment.
Early cancellation does not remove the remaining obligation.
You are responsible for the full 3-month cost.
Black Friday or promotional pricing is also subject to the 3-month minimum.
5. Turnaround Times
Turnaround time begins after video submission is approved.
General Admission: 72 hours
Field Level: 60 hours
Field Access: 48 hours
Turnaround may be affected by:
11+ hour travel days
illness
professional playing schedule
seasonal travel
platform outages
These will always be communicated to parents.
6. Live Sessions
Each membership includes:
One free 30-minute session per month
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel ≥24 hrs → reschedule
Cancel <24 hrs → counts as monthly session, no rollover
Private Lesson Policy:
Cancel ≥48 hrs → full refund
24–48 hrs → 50% refund
<24 hrs or no-show → no refund
7. The PATH System
PATHS (“Tracks”) are development categories chosen exclusively by the coaches based on:
A2B assessment
mechanical needs
long-term goals
movement patterns
readiness
Pathways are not levels and are not guaranteed to change monthly. They function as badges, frameworks, and long-term development focuses.
BHC reserves the right to select, adjust, or combine athlete PATHS at our discretion.
8. Exclusivity & Communication Standards
All communication must be:
respectful
professional
parent-centered
on appropriate platforms
We reserve the right to remove members for:
inappropriate communication
harassment
misuse of digital locker
sharing privileged content
disrespect toward coaches or other athletes
unsafe behavior
No refund is guaranteed if membership is terminated for misuse.
9. No Guarantees
BAD Hitters Club™ does not guarantee:
results
playing time
roster spots
scholarships
recruitment
performance outcomes
team selection
We provide high-quality coaching; results depend on effort, consistency, health, and athlete commitment.
10. Technology & Platform Disclaimers
We are not responsible for:
lost files
platform failures
Discord outages
Google Drive issues
delayed uploads
Stripe processing errors
internet problems
device malfunctions
No refunds are provided for technical issues outside our control.
11. Right to Terminate
We may terminate or suspend an athlete’s membership for:
violating these Terms
sharing protected materials
unsafe behavior
disrespect toward coaches
repeated missed sessions
misuse of login credentials
providing false information
No refund is guaranteed if termination is due to user misconduct.
12. Governing Law & Arbitration
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, on an individual basis.
Both parties waive the right to trial by jury or class action.13. Contact

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all BAD Hitters Club™ memberships, Swing Assessments, and private lessons.
1. Memberships
All memberships require a 3-month minimum.
Monthly charges auto-renew until cancelled.
Cancellations must be sent to theA2Bmethod@gmail.com at least 48 hours before renewal.
Payments already processed are non-refundable.
No refunds for forgetting to cancel.
2. No Rollovers
Unused sessions, classes, or analyses do not roll over.
3. Live Sessions
Cancel ≥24 hours → reschedule
Cancel <24 hours → forfeited
4. Private Lessons
Cancel ≥48 hours → full refund
Cancel 24–48 hours → 50% refund
Cancel <24 hours or no-show → no refund
5. Black Friday / Promotional Pricing
Promotional memberships still require a 3-month minimum.
Early cancellation does not remove payment obligations.
6. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided for:
lack of usage
change of mind
vacation
scheduling conflicts
athlete injury
submission delays
platform outages
slow internet
unsatisfactory performance
time zone challenges
7. Assessment Credit
Swing Assessment → $100 credit applied to first private lesson and first month of membership only.

By joining BAD Hitters Club™, you acknowledge the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
Your athlete participates voluntarily in:
drills
movement-based training
video analysis
strength or coordination work
hitting development
2. Assumption of Risk
Softball/baseball training involves inherent risks including:
sprains
strains
impact injuries
overuse
equipment failure
slips/falls
environmental hazards
You assume full responsibility for all risks.
3. Release of Liability
You release BAD Hitters Club™, The A2B Method™, and Jazmyn Jackson LLC from all liability arising from:
injuries
accidents
unsafe training environments
incorrect drill performance
equipment issues
weather/environmental conditions
miscommunication
4. Medical Disclaimer
BAD Hitters Club™ does NOT provide:
medical advice
rehabilitation
physical therapy
diagnosis
injury treatment
Consult a licensed physician before participating.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide swing analysis, coaching, and membership benefits

• Assign athlete development paths (“PATHS”)
• Coordinate time zone–based turnaround times
• Maintain athlete digital lockers

3. Parent/Guardian Consent & Minor Participation
Our Services are used by athletes of all ages, including minors, collegiate athletes, and professionals. For any athlete under 18 (“minor”):
• A parent or legal guardian must create the account
• A parent must be CC’d on all communication involving the minor
• Parent/guardian must agree to all Terms, Waivers, and IP protections
• Parent/guardian must provide legal consent before any training begins
• Parent/guardian oversees the minor’s digital locker and training environmentAdult, collegiate, and professional athletes may communicate independently.
No minor may participate without verified parent or guardian authorization.
4. Sharing of Information
We only share personal information with trusted third parties who help us deliver Services, including:
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Google Drive (digital locker)
• Discord (community platform, 2026+)
• Email and messaging tools
• Squarespace or similar hosting platforms
• Internal coaching systemsWe may also disclose information if required for safety, legal compliance, or government requests.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data Storage & Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal information, including:
• Encrypted storage
• Limited internal access
• Secured digital folders
• Password protection and authentication controls
• Regular review of privacy practicesHowever, no online platform is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection from unauthorized access or breaches.
6. Digital Locker & Video Submissions
The athlete’s digital locker contains:
• Submitted swing videos
• Coaching feedback
• Assigned drills
• PATH assignments
• Notes and educational materialsParents and athletes acknowledge that:
• Digital locker content is confidential
• Turnaround time begins only once videos are correctly submitted and approved
• Locker content must not be shared, reposted, screen-recorded, or distributed
• Access is for the enrolled athlete only7. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection
All training materials from A2B Method™ and BAD Hitters Club™ are protected under U.S. copyright law and owned by Jazmyn Jackson LLC.
Prohibited actions include sharing, reposting, uploading, teaching, publishing, screen-recording, distributing, or monetizing:
• Drills
• Coach feedback
• Video breakdowns
• PDFs and educational materials
• Movement frameworks
• PATH systems
• Mental performance tools
• Live sessions
• LAB classes
• Off-season content
• Digital locker materialsAny violation may result in membership termination and legal action.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:
• Provide coaching and membership services
• Maintain athlete history
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce agreementsParents or adult athletes may request deletion of certain data unless retention is legally required.

If you access our Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from your region.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request:
